John founded Richmont after nearly two decades as chairman and CEO of a Fortune 500 global consumer goods company. Across more than 350 transactions and five decades, his thesis has stayed consistent: back the business, then back the people running it. He holds three Ph.D.s and chairs the Rochon Family Foundation.

A second-generation operator and entrepreneur, John Jr. leads Richmont's strategic direction and platform-building. SMU-educated, he has founded multiple companies, mentored a generation of operators, and championed philanthropic work across education, health, and economic development.

Tim runs Richmont's merchant banking arm. Three decades on Wall Street — Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers Private Client / Middle Markets, leadership at Citigroup Global Markets, and co-founder of a leading global private equity and merchant banking firm.
Chief Legal Counsel
General Counsel since 2001. SMU undergraduate; J.D. from Loyola University College of Law. Recognized as a Texas Rising Star, Heidi oversees corporate and litigation matters and serves on the Board of the Rochon Family Foundation.
Chief Technology Officer
Greg leads technical strategy across Richmont and M42. With 25+ years in IT leadership, systems, and sales operations, he turns Richmont's data advantages into shipped product — the AI tooling powering diligence, integration, and the operating businesses inside the portfolio.
Vice Chairman
Jeff has 40 years of experience leading corporate finance and accounting control functions for both public and private companies, including business development, investor relations, risk management, legal, IT, and human resources. He holds a bachelor's in chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University, a master's in chemical engineering from Clarkson University, an MS in Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Purdue University.
